The June 10 gate incident has been solved. Special thanks to our president/detective JP in finding the people who knew the suspect. The whole security committee helped with software and time to give us the best photos to find the vandal. We were paid our repair costs and we agreed not to involve the police.

 We found some substandard camera issues that were improved and I expect to show our new Pulte BOD member next Tuesday where we need other improvements to be brought up to acceptable standards.

Sometimes forward progress seems hard to come by, but let's hope this is one of many things going the right direction as our amenity and finished lakes make great progress.
